Warranty & Return Policy
If you are experiencing any problems with any product purchased from Knoxville Vapor, LLC, please call us immediately at 865-466-5107.
Please review and understand this policy prior to placing your order.
Knoxville Vapor, LLC will not refund, exchange, or replace any product if broken due to customer negligence or mishandling.
E-Liquid Policy
All e-liquid sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on e-liquid.
Atomizer, Cartomizer, Tank and Clearomizer Policy
These are replacement parts. The life of these parts depends on individual use, battery compatibility, e-liquid and other variables. Atomizers, cartomizers, tanks and clearomizers carry a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty only and must be brought to the attention of Knoxville Vapor LLC within 48 hours of receipt. Replacement of broken or damaged product is done only if the product is defective or inoperable due to factory mistake OR if product is unused/unopened.
Batteries and Charging Device Policy
All batteries and charging devices have a 30-day warranty period after receiving shipment for exchange, refund, return, or replacement. This warranty is valid only for manufacturer defects and is not applicable to customer negligence or mishandling (for example, dropping, placing in pockets and breaking the top off, etc.).
Accessories and Other Devices
Accessories and other devices not listed above carry a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty only and must be brought to the attention of Knoxville Vapor LLC within 48 hours of receipt. Replacement of broken or damaged product is done only if the product is defective or inoperable due to factory mistake OR if product is unused/unopened.
Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe an item is missing or an incorrect item was shipped, contact us immediately via email at [email protected] or call us at 865-466-5107.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.
Refund Processing
If a refund is granted for your defective product, it will be issued within 10 business days after the items have been returned to Knoxville Vapor, LLC.
All items subject to a refund must be returned to Knoxville Vapor, LLC.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
